We check what the AI assistants actually tell people about each of your locations — the answer they read instead of clicking — against the facts you declared, and quote every mistake word for word. A ranking cannot tell you that ChatGPT says your Round Rock office is closed on Saturdays.
We ask every question three times per engine and report how many of those answers got a fact wrong, with the run count printed beside it. A claim is only reported as wrong when the engine's exact words contradict a fact you declared; anything we cannot check is marked unverifiable or not measured, never counted against you. If an engine fails during a run, the report says so.
